hmmm

i posted the other day and its not showing up....how weird....its in my edit posts part but just now showing up in the blog. wonder whats going on!

well anyway, i just got thru eating a very Delicious dinner! i made chicken and shrimp together, potatoes, and green beans. i sauteed mushrooms for myself. the girls don't like them, so i eat them by myself! i am very satisfied! now if i could just get my son to go to sleep. he has been soooooo incredibly difficult lately to get to sleep. its frustrating, especially now that i am watching kids during the day. 24/7 kids. lol. drew is sick, so i*m taking care of him too. sigh. i*m ready for a night by myself. and a book. or a movie. or a girls night. that would be awesome!

well xander is cranky. i better get!

trying....

so i*m trying to lose the weight! i need to work MUCH much harder to get my abs back. i have a feeling tho. that the stretch marks will always be there! so beware the pic of my belly is not the most attractive, i just wanted to show some progress! (the jeans i am in are a size 7/8 but i can pull them a good inch or 2 away from my belly - so i could probably go one more size down - holy crap!)

Here are some pics of alex taking a bath! he*s so darn cute. i tried really hard to give him a mohawk but he doesn*t have that much hair yet! and he is getting in 2 more teeth. his 2 front teeth! cranky cranky nights.

at the park

today ashley, anabelle, alex, my mother and i went to watson park for quite a while. i got some sun, which was nice. i need some color! alex got to swing for the first time and he liked it a lot!!! here are some pics from today. i took a few of other little kids!

it was an exhausting day! whew! next week if its nice we are going to tackle the zoo! fun fun!!

post sleep issues: i finally got some sleep, but not very much!! hopefully tonight will be better! just thinking of my bed makes me sleepy!!

sleep issues

what is my deal. i am having serious sleep issues! alex woke up screaming around 1240 and i have been awake ever since. i think i'm getting sick again on top of that. my head hurts a little and my throat is feeling a little sore. anabelle was saying tonight that her tummy hurt but she would point to her throat. so we asked if her throat hurt and she would say "yes". i really hope non of us are getting sick. i hate being sick. i hate when my children are sick. its just not fun. alex is cutting two teeth and he is grumpy. ugh! stress. stress. stress.

so i went to the store tonight to buy TONS of food and i had quite a bit in my cart. i realized that i had left my debit card sittin on the computer desk. it was already almost 10pm so i left my cart sitting there and left. gah. stupid ass. looks like a trip to the grocery store with 3 kids tomorrow. ack!

RECITAL update! it went fabulous! i wish my dad would have brought his camera but he forgot it! i think jennie*s cousin brought hers so hopefully i will be able to snag some of those! the little girls that we danced with at the riverfest danced at the recital too. and the poor things. their music messed up twice on them. so they had to use an old cd. i felt so bad for them. but they did great! one of the little girls saw that i had two kids. and she asked how old they were, so i told her and she was like....how old are you? and i told her. she was like wow, i thought you were 18. LOL. thank you!!!! i still got it. i still look young....or....maybe i*m just hoping!

well i*m rambling. so i better get off here. morning comes quick and i*m not a bit sleepy! dang!

recital

my recital is tonight @ maize high. i*m a little nervous. even though i have performed this before i*m still nervous because we switched up the ending and i had only one practice to learn it and remember it. so it will be interesting tonight.

we started learning a new dance last night to material girl. i*m super stoked about it! it*s going to be really cute. the dance instructor last night was suggesting we dance at a thunder game. YEAH RIGHT. do you know how much the fans make fun of ANY dancers that get out there? i know this because i was one of them. lol. its mean to think now because i dance, but it was funny funny then! anyway, she said our next dance to learn will be to marilyn manson beautiful people. omg, i*m WAY excited about that one!! way way excited. i love it! i wonder what the dance will look like.

well anyway, i need to get some house work done before i start to get ready for tonight. i hope all goes well!!

the descent

is the scariezt movie so far for me. never will drew get me in cave. EVER. EVER. i laid in bed thinking about it for the longest time. yuck.

anyway!

this weekend was pretty blah but at least i did things! friday night we grilled over at his brothers house. yesterday my father*in*law took drew, rocky, jackie (rocky*s g/f), the kids and i to the outback for drew*s birthday. his dad was off in spain or somewhere delivering a plane so we celebrated drew*s bday again! i ordered a steak to be cooked medium. everyone elses steaks were ordered medium and they came out perfect. mine on the other hand was rare. so they took it back to the cook and a few minutes later brought it back and it was medium rare. so for the third time they took it back to the cook. waited and waited for them to bring it back. by this time everyone is done with their meal. plates are gone and everything. then i finally get my steak. medium. almost well done but anyway, it was a good steak just frustrating to be the last person eating and having people watch you eat your steak! ohwell. and then last night rocky and jackie came over and we watched the descent. scary scary movie. i actually screamed and i never scream at movies.

to my parents

today they are celebrating their 38th wedding anniversary! can you only imagine?! 38 years of EVERYTHING with one another! its great and exciting! go CHUCK AND DEBBIE!

last day

of work was today. and it was a great day. i wasn*t terribly sad but i wasn*t terribly happy either. i liked where i worked A LOT. i worked with a great friend and had an amazing boss. but. that is over now. i am going to be a stay at home mommie now! i am thrilled (somewhat) if you hear me screaming all the way across the globe, you*ll know why. its not because im dying, it is because i am going INSANE!
