easter.

easter went famously as was expected. anabelle + alex were let outside first because theirs were out in the open! they had a blast! alex kept getting an egg, throwing it out and picking it back up and getting all excited like he JUST found it. it was too cute! i took quite a few pics.

instead of going home we went to my sisters house because she had some homemade baskets which were adorable. i however, forgot to take a photo of my 2, but i did capture one of ashley. she wasn't able to make it to nana nora's but was able to at least see us for a bit. after my sister's we travelled to mom and dad's. ate dinner there. i showed mom some of the [americas best dance crew] vids cause this show has really excited me. so we did that for a while then we all ventured back home and to bed. crazy crazy day!!

update.

my friend cassie came to town with her daughter kayley and i found out that she is expecting baby #2. so so very excited for this to happen! we both got some fabulous pics of the kids.











last week was pretty much a blur. my kids have been sick with a cold that can't be treated with antibiotics. alex had a bad bad bad diaper rash. it had spread to his eye, so he was on 2 diaper rash creams and then a prescription for his eye. its been such a mess.




drew is still working godly hours and of course all of us miss him. last saturday after he got home from work [11pm] jennie and i went to scotch and soda for a few drinks. apparently A LOT of people were celebrating st. patty's saturday and we felt left out because we weren't wearing green. so the very very nice bar lady gave us buttons. lol. [i have pics]







this week, oh, has been SLOW. it has actually turned nice out. monday we got a thunderstorm that had a ton of rain come with it and it almost caused the ditch by our house to overflow. craziness. and then since its been nice out i got some wonderful shots of the kids playing outside.










sorry it took so long to update!


tonight is [america's best dance crew]. still bummed about last week but i'm still gonna see who takes the title. i'm hoping status quo goes home tonight. but we shall see!

michelle norris sent me these pictures today. and i thought i would share. these are old pictures of anabelle. i was pregnant with alex in these. not too far from delivering him. i thought these were cute. i forget sometimes what she looked like as a baby! i miss her at this age! hehe! anyway! enjoy!
