**stars**

Stars fall from the heavens, bright but not blinding
for we are to see the light ever so lasting.
the ground so firm and trustingI never want to leave it.

Walking from here to there with no care in the world
with every thought and feeling on my soul.
loving so much is hard to hold inside
my heart dances and sings, only to be heard.

Searching and finding, I feel my true happiness, lurking
ready to jump out at any moment.
my smile so large anyone can see what hides inside.
thank you for everything, my gratitude to you is among me.
