update.

since going to jack jones i forgot to update a few things! last weekend drew and i made plans to go to the looney bin but we hit up our fav bar first to hang out with some friends. well, we never really quite made it to the looney bin. we stayed at the bar and had a blast. drew unfortunately got drunk too fast and we needed to leave sooner than expected. but it was still fun. [drew was taking most of the pics, so naturally he's not in any!]


and my hat was passed around quite a bit! lol. never thought it would've been the center of the party!


this week. didn't really do a whole lot. i do have a short story for you though. a couple weeks ago my mother, the kids and i went to knolla's pizza [best pizza in town i think] anyway! we were seated next to this pregnant woman, her kids and then her friend. well my mom is a very chatty person and wanted to talk to the pregnant girl with kids to see how life at home was with very small children. anyway, the conversation led into "lets exchange numbers and we'll have a playdate" we ended up exchanging numbers and myspace stuff. the girls' names are robyn [prego] and erica. so we all started texting and chatting thru myspace well robyn's kids were having a birthday party this last weekend and she invited me and the kiddos. so i said yes we'll come and she decided that meeting up again might be cool so that i wouldn't be uncomfortable at the party. so we met up at the mcdonalds playplace for 2 1/2 hours. she is so cool and easy to get along with. me and the kids ventured to her house sat for the party and hung out there for 4 hours. there were tons of family and tons of kids there. everyone made me and the kids feel very welcome. then later on saturday night erica texts me and says "hey robyn and her kids are coming over for dinner on monday you should join us!"

so...tonight me and the kids went over there for 3 hours ate dinner and all the kids played. it is so nice to have extra girl friends to hang out with. i honestly didnt think anything would come out of the meeting at knollas but it has its been awesome! i hope it continues to grow!


OKAY! so that was my lil story! sorry i dont update more. i feel like mylife is pretty mediocre and boring! hehe!

jack jones.

my dad invited me to see jack jones. and to be honest i didnt know who he was when dad mentioned it. so i googled him. went to projectplaylist and added one of his songs to my list and he was absolutely amazing. he sings VERY romantic songs. he sang with frank sinatra, dean martin, gene kelley, judy garland. and the list goes on. his voice is phenomenal for his age. anyway! i had a blast and i'm so happy to have spent time with my daddy! THANKS DAD!

i got some video but i dont know how to put it on here quite yet! he sang [impossible dream] and i'm killing myself for not getting video of it. because it was OMG. great. if you dont know the song its on my playlist! enjoy!

saturday - after dance class jennie and i went to the mall and did some shopping. well she did. lol. then after that we both went home to get ready for the night out. we headed to scotch and soda to celebrate a birthday with my mother in law and her girlfriend. its always a fun time at scotch. i love every minute of it. there was one point in the night i had went to the bathroom and came back to nora [my mother in law] talking with a man whom i assumed she knew but later on found out she didnt. ANYWAY. i walk up and NEVER in my life has a man freaked out when i walk up. he couldnt stop complimenting me and embarrassing me. nora was like. "dude, lay off she is my daughter in law" so he says okay i'll stop before i get into trouble. well he didnt really stop he kept going on and on. i was getting more embarrassed as it went. but needless to say it felt nice having the attention. usually its the other girls in the group that get the attention. ANYWAY. then nora and jen leave the bar. jennie and i stay behind to finish off our drinks and this HUGE bar fight breaks out. scariest stuff i've seen in a while. i was in shock! crazy stuff.

sunday - just hung out at home. we were going to go to the park but stuff came up that hindered us from going so we played in the backyard instead. i started reading a book and i almost finished. there is about 520 pages in this book. i'm addicted i believe. or maybe its a serious problem of mine to read romance novels. who knows!

so i haven't posted in quite some time! i feel bad for not doing it sooner.

friday - i helped with hosting a babyshower with my sister here at my house. more people showed up than we were expecting. it was a nice turn out. i feel like everyone is pregnant!! i better stay away from the water!

saturday - started off with dance class. we are doing dance again this time around. we dont think we will be ready in time for riverfest so we will be doing a recital! still fun! we are dancing to fergie [clumsy]. i'm soooo sooo excited!


we are dog sitting for drew's brother in law. buddy is a lab/rot mix. he is the sweetest dog ever. i love this dog. he is also protective. its awesome! anyway!
