weekend review.

friday - so as my previous post i talked about cutting my own bangs! here is another before photo and then the after photo! so much better!!!!! [not really a lot of difference but i can tell]

any way! before the bang adventure my day was pretty packed full of exciting things. my mom came by with her dog prince and let him stay the night with us! he's such a good lil boy. i should have snapped a photo of him! after mom left i went to pick up ash and taylor from school. my sister called me to see if she could drop my nephew off before she went to work because she was on this side of town for his dr's appt and her work. so i took him home later. THEN! after i took brandon home ash, anabelle, alex and i went to dinner with my parents at a chinese buffet. it was okay. i tried their sushi and it was decent. i've had better. i dont think ashley liked the place. lol.

saturday - also another fun filled day!! it started right off with a load of laundry and the kids in the bath. then off to a baby shower. it was a good baby shower. although. i have this relatively long story about this woman and her daughter. these ladies sat next to us. keep in mind i took anabelle, ash and alex. so anyway we are sitting there and this girl takes out her dog from her lil doggie purse. really cute right? i mean this dog is decked out in a pink and black dress with lace. it was a little chihuahua. so anabelle sees it right off the bat and wants to pet it. well this lil thing growls at anabelle and the daughter says "oh shes mean dont touch" now this place we are at is crawling with little itty bitty kids. so i hear the mother say "oh she's just a lil kid" and the daughter says "well she needs to stay away from my dog" when i heard that i almost came unglued. i'm so so surprised at myself that i didnt. i wanted to say "look here lady, you are in a public place with kids. WITH KIDS. if you knew your little bratty dog was mean WHY bring it?" i mean seriously? why? that makes no since to me. NONE! i realize its her "baby" but there are times and places for everything and a mean dog at a baby shower isnt one of them. okay i'm done ranting on that now.





after the shower i came home and waited for my hair appt. i am so glad i went to the salon. i went to see a girl i went to high school with to cut my hair and i love her! i found someone to cut my hair that i completely trust now. that excites me! A BUNCH! so anyway after the hair appt i went to dinner with liz and her parents. it was her daddy's birthday. we ate at texas roadhouse. so so good! her parents crack me up. i couldnt stop laughing the whole time we were there. my cheeks hurt so bad. it was good to see them. then after dinner liz and i went to see "the other boleyn girl" little did i know that it was based on actual history! it was a great movie. i thought the roles that scarlett johansson and natalie portman played should have been switched. but other than that it was good. i cried. a lot. i didn't know that jim sturgess was in it either which excited me i love that man (he is in "across the universe").

sunday - well nothing exciting today. besides going grocery shopping, cleaning and all the other fun stuff! its a lax day. i should be doing laundry! ahwell. i 'll get to it.....eventually! :P today was supposed to be drew's day off and that didnt happen. sigh. i hate not seeing him. it sucks so incredibly bad. hopefully it wont last much longer. boeing didnt get the big contract from the airforce so it went to air bus. thats good for me, that means drew wont be working a billion hours! hehe. i feel so guilty saying that but its true!!! okay well i've typed for a really long time. and before the kids decide to come hit on the keyboard i better post it!
